All of my courses are available through Blackboard, the Seton Hall on-line course management system. Any student who is enrolled in one of my sections has complete access to the materials required in each course through any web browser.

In past semesters I have taught a variety of courses including BLAW4315: Transnational Business Law, BLAW4321: Law, Ethics and Public Policy, BLAW6301: Legal and Social Environment of Business, BLAW7319: Products Liability, BLAW7321: Legal Aspects of Information Technology and BLAW7323: International Law, among others. My teaching portfolio is presently focused in the areas of law, international business and corporate governance. My student course evaluations are available here.

Each semester I teach at least one section of BLAW2301: Legal Foundations of Business. This course is required of all students enrolled as Stillman undergraduates in either the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.

During the Fall semester I am part of a faculty team that is responsible for BINT3001: Global Business Colloquium. The faculty team is led by Dr. Larry McCarthy, Director of the Institute for International Business. This course is intended to develop “global business literacy” among students through the integration of multiple business disciplines.

During the Spring semester I teach a seminar in Corporate Governance. This course examines governance related issues including legal; financial and reporting responsibilities; role, duties, responsibilities and liability of directors, officers and management. We also discuss recent statutory, regulatory and other developments.

A version of the course is offered at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. The informational syllabus for the undergraduate course, BFIN4242: Corporate Governance, is available here. The informational syllabus for the graduate course, BFIN7244: Corporate Governance, is available here.
